The key to our weight lifting class is the repetition effect that focuses on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This water aerobics class takes place in the lap pool utilizing flotation belts. It offers participants a good core challenge and cardiovascular work out. This class is designed to alleviate the stresses of body weight on muscles and joints.

Our Barre classes are 60 minutes of full head to toe workout combining the muscle defining moves of Pilates, strength training and ballet to give you a lean, sculpted and beautiful physique.  Barre utilizes the classic ballet barre to allow for a range of ballet inspired isometric movements to sculpt the thighs, lift the glutes and define the entire core.  Light weights are used with more repetition of movements to fatigue the muscles of the arms and show quick improvement in muscle density and strength.  Barre is specifically designed to uplift the mood, sculpt the body, build focus and quickly deliver a total body transformation.  No experience is needed and Barre is low impact with many modifications provided by your instructor to deliver the experience that is right for you.
