Each workout focuses on form and pushes you beyond your perceived limits. Coached by Dante Patriarca, who believes it's the details that matter. He focuses on areas that need improvement which will reduce your risk of injury and take you to that next level. Each person must go through an assessment prior to attending a session. This assures that this training camp is a good fit for you.
Roland Gatan, native to the Philippines moved to the United States with his family in 1988. Originally working in the field of IT and Computer Science, Roland’s passion for fitness was sparked by a major health scare that put him in the hospital several times until he finally made the choice to become healthy. He decided that the best way to force himself to live a healthy lifestyle was to commit to his very first NPC Men’s Physique competition where he took 6th place in 2013. As his passion for fitness grew he continued to compete, and later went on to obtain two IFBB Pro cards in Men’s Physique. Now Roland is done with Computer Science, and is now in the business of helping people understand the science of health through Fitness Training, Diet, and Competition Preparation.

Dante started his personal training career right after graduating from Washington State University in 2014. Since then he has worked with a wide demographic, ranging from young athletes to the injured and elderly. His philosophy is that every individual has an inner athlete and it is his job to bring out the talent. He strives to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle, physically and mentally. It is important to not only do the work but to fully understand why and how. Dante specializes in Functional Movement Patterns, Injury Prevention, Sport-Specific Training/Performance Enhancement, Athletic Conditioning and Balance/Proprioception.
