We target the areas that lack strength and mobility (which can lead to an increased risk of injury/pain) and create a progressive training program to achieve your goals. This approach will increase strength and performance while increasing biomechanical efficiency.
Roland Gatan was born in Philippines, then moved to United States in March of 1988 and later on earned his Associates Degree in Computer Science.
Roland passion for fitness starter in March 2013 when he was rushed to the hospital and found that he had a Diverticulitis Deceased due to an unhealthy lifestyle, it was awakening for him and it lead him to becoming a professional bodybuilder Athlete in 2013, competing for the first time in March of 2013 placing 6th in men’s Physique Category. Later on he competed the 2015 NPC Washington State Bodybuilding Championships. And in August 2016 Roland won the biggest competition bodybuilding event in Washington State, NPC Emerald Cup Bodybuilding Championship. After that, he began making his preparations for one of the most highly competitive challenges he was to encounter at the 2017 NPC North American Championship in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and won his 2X IFBB PRO-CARD (INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION BODYBUILDING). 1st Place in Men’s Physique Masters over 35 and 1st Place in Men’s Physique Masters Over 40.
Dante started his personal training career right after graduating from Washington State University in 2014. Since then he has worked with a wide demographic, ranging from young athletes to the injured and elderly. His philosophy is that every individual has an inner athlete and it is his job to bring out the talent. He strives to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle, physically and mentally. It is important to not only do the work but to fully understand why and how. Dante specializes in Functional Movement Patterns, Injury Prevention, Sport-Specific Training/Performance Enhancement, Athletic Conditioning and Balance/Proprioception.
