My passion is in health and fitness and helping others achieve
their health and physique goals. I love motivating and pushing people beyond
their mental limitations to achieve their fitness and health goals. Like many people, I was living a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. 7 years ago, I decided I wanted to do better for myself so I started weight lifting, reaching out for help and
learning all I could about nutrition and resistance training. In the last 7 years I have put on 65 lbs of muscle and competed in two Men’s Physique Competitions, winning one competition and placing second in the other. Now I want to share my joy and knowledge with others and help change
some lives! Because that is exactly what fitness has done for me.
